Curry Leaves are also known as Kadi Patta. It is essential in Indian dishes. Curry leaves are full of Phosphorous,fiber,calcium,vitamin like vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C and vitamin E. It helps to improve your Health. Curry Leaves are used to enhance the flavour of Indian Dishes. South Indian Dish is incomplete without curry leaves. You can use curry leaves to making dishes like Sambhar, Poha, Upma, Vada, Rasam etc. When you add it in your dish, It will enhance the taste and smell.
